NO, BiPC student cannot pursue or take Bsc in Computer Science course as the course requires Mathematics in class 12th along with physics and chemistry.
The minimum eligibility criteria for this course is: Students must have cleared higher secondary classes (Class 12) from a recognized board with 50%-60% of the score . The stream should be science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Furthermore, with BiPC in class 12th, you can take BCA Course (Bachelors in Computer Application ) .

You can study Open degree in B. Com Computers after completion of Intermediate in BiPC stream. You must have passed 10+2 or Intermediate with relevant subjects from a recognised Board or College.
Colleges like Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi offers B. Com Computers for candidates without mathematics in their 10+2 or Intermediate.
Admission is mostly based on merit obtained in qualifying exam. The course is three years Undergraduation degree course in Computers.

The eligibility criteria for five years integrated law course is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, admission is generally done through entrance tests such as CLAT, LSAT, AILET, CUET, SET, Punjab University conducts its own entrance test, there are also state level entrance tests such as MHT CET LAW/AP LAWCET/TS LAWCET/KLEE to name a few, there are also colleges offering admission based on the merit of the qualifying examination, now if you haven't done 10+2 education then you cannot apply for integrated law courses as the admission is based on 10+2 educational qualifications only.

How you have got degree without intermediate examination. Whatever the mode of education system be, without intermediate examination any degree of undergraduate course cannot be availed of for further or future education. Or for any jobs and education. You are searching for MNCs jobs after you have receiving the degree from Kakatiya University after all if you do not start from the very beginning of intermediate course then undergraduate course there will be no possibility of getting MNC jobs in India and abroad.

No without any entrance examination after 3 years diploma in Engineering from any Polytechnic any student cannot join in BTech courses B courses of any stream of engineering course of study. A student has to come through later entry system, For this he or she has to appear for a screening test. After qualifying the screening test he or she will be eligible for taking admission in 2nd year of 4 years BE or BTech courses of his or her choice of study, his or her course of interest.
