I am mechanical engineer with 25 years experience (manufacturing, heat exchanger industry) in six sigma, master black belt, strategy, global project operations, process improvement, shopfloor, quality, safety ect...How can I enter in the software industry? is SAP course useful for me?

Md Qutubuddin Ansari 5th Oct, 2021

Hello,

I hope you are doing fine, If you have desire and will to achieve something and can get that thing for sure. Since you mentioned that you have been a mechanical engineer and even have much experience in that field so i would suggest you to look forward in your filed because you will be switching your stream from mechanical to software industry and it would mean that you will have to start from the scratch. But if you still want to come in the software industry then you can still go for it. There are many institutions that provide the courses that would help you to get familiar with the software industry. They would teach you the programming languages and would help you to get started in the Software Industry. they will also help you to get a job in the Industry. So first and foremast thing is that you should join such institutions and start your course ASAP.

Well about the SAP course

The only benefit of SAP course is that you will have a rough idea of the module that you are going to work into. That's it. Because real time scenarios are much different from what one can learn just from an SAP Training. But it is definitely going to help you if you are starting your career in SAP

I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.

Good Luck

cutoff of neet2021 of om category in jammu &kashmir?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 17th Sep, 2021

Hi

I am guessing that by om you mean open merit i. e general category.

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

When we go through previous data then

in neet  2020, 508 marks for general category was the cut off marks  to get a seat in Govt. Medical College   under Jammu and Kashmir state quota and it was for Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-j-k/amp

So, to be on the safer side you should get at least around 510 - 525 marks in neet 2021 for government mbbs college.

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling
