For Physical Chemistry the most recommended books are Modern's ABC for Chemistry, Pradeep's Chemistry.For Organic Chemistry you could refer 'Elementary Problems for Organic Chemistry ' by M S Chouhan. For Inorganic chemistry you can go through Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J D Lee.
You should also give equal importance
The best way to remember all the reactions is to make charts and daily read it. It is effective way to remember all the reactions but to do so you need to see those charts as many times as possible in a day but don't neglect other while remembering
