In jee main syllabus for maths binary operation is not included. The chapters included in jee main mathematics syllabus are -
Set,relations and functions
Complex number and quadratic equation
Metrices and determinant
Permutation and combination
Mathematical induction
Binomial theorem and its application
Sequence and series
Limit, continuity and differentiability
Aditya, JEE Mains will be held with reduced syllabus which means the chapter wise distribution and weightage might change. So we need to wait for the updated syllabus and an official information regarding this. But going by previous years, In Chemistry, Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic Table and Representative

NCERT is like the roadmap, blue print it has all the information but it is not sufficient for the preparation, You must need some additional help. This is because in NCERT the topics are written in a very concise manner and you'll find it hard to get everything

For Physical Chemistry the most recommended books are Modern's ABC for Chemistry, Pradeep's Chemistry.For Organic Chemistry you could refer 'Elementary Problems for Organic Chemistry ' by M S Chouhan. For Inorganic chemistry you can go through Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J D Lee.
You should also give equal importance
The best way to remember all the reactions is to make charts and daily read it. It is effective way to remember all the reactions but to do so you need to see those charts as many times as possible in a day but don't neglect other while remembering
