Harish, honestly speaking, it is very difficult to complete any reference book in a month, leave aside organic chemistry as organic chemistry requires a student to understand all the basics related to a reaction or a compound like mechanism, formation of an intermediate, which is the preferred site for attack

For practice purpose M.S chauhan is good.
A combination of three books is good for preparing neet if you are preparinv at home.
