Solomon & Fryhle is not required for NEET or AIIMS if you are dropper because you have to complete whole syllabus in 6 to 8 months. Instead of reading this book, you should watch YouTube videos for building concepts as it take less time.

As per my knowledge NCERT organic chemistry is sufficient and best to prepare for NEET because it has to the point topics and explanations. Other than that a teacher or study materials from preparatory institutes are helpful. I hope this will be useful.
