Coming to your question I would like to tell you that the seats for the msc biotechnology in the Osmania University is around 24 seats and to do msc from the Osmania University , you have to give the exam oucet ,

According to the official data, the CPGET Cutoff for the General category and OBCs will be 25 marks whereas, there will be no Cutoff for the SC and ST postgraduate candidates. Hence, the General category and OBC aspirants need to score at least 25 marks to be eligible

I think your score is not bad any maybe yo apply for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad but you may know that they have even higher standard as you think they have higher than 159. So my suggestion is that you may apply for it but also seek other option

Osmania University has not yet released any cutoffs for 2019 counselling. No specific cutoffs of previous years are also available except the minimum cutoff marks required for being eligible for counselling, which is 25.
