There are very low chances to get a seat in bsc agriculture, as your rank is high

Based on previous trends cut off marks for bsc agriculture for BC- B category is around 9 k

But this is not the final. Cut off changes from year to year

TS LAWCET Cut off remains same every year, it is 35% marks in the entrance examination. However, the cut off for the participating institutes are the opening and closing rank of seat

I am not sure but approx fee of last year for BBA at osmania university was around 30,000 to 40,000 and 50,000 for MBA however you can also check fee for all courses on it's official website.please go for it.
