if you want to take admission in this college then you would have to appear in exam APPGCET exam also. Through GATE score they are no need to write exam but you need to apply for APPGCET as a GATE aspirant. Admissions are also given through GATE. mostly

You need to attempt TS ICET then it depends on your rank ,there are few colleges of osmania namely university college of commerce and business management which is situated in the university campus and two consistuent colleges which are situated in koti & basheerbagh namely

if you want to take admission in M.Tech then you have to appear in PG CET ot GATE exam for that.
I think, Gate qualification or more that qualification no is enough for take admission OU.
