I am very sorry to let you know that your rank (523) in PGECET is not sufficient to secure a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or Osmania University  for pursuing M.Pharm. A minimum of 300rank or below is required to be scored in order to get into these universities for M.Pharm. However for GATE qualified students it may be 900. The Osmania University has not released any cut-off marks or ranks for the MSc program in the Computer Science branch as of now, so you can just predict as of now according to your rank. In the previous year's cut-off also, only marks have been mentioned and so it is a bit difficult to predict. Both JNTU and OU are reputed universities. But JNTU has got NAAC A+ and OU has got five star rating by NAAC. In my opinion JNTU will be better option than OU.
