Now coming to your question Cambridge and Oxford are top universities and it not only about money but education. You really need to have certain qualifications and extra skills in order to get education there. You will have to maintain a certain academic record. There are few scholarships available for students in order to manage some expenses but still it depends upon your programme. Some Phd Students even get striped so that they can manage their expenses. But you really need to first decide your programme and other things. And yes even if these universities are expensive let's have a optimistic look and look for another good universities which are good and affordable. Now based on your programme there will be many good universities around the world or in india itself. So stay positive and try to learn more and more and give your best in any field you go.
