Last year the placements were around 55-60 out of 93 students in upstream that includes companies like Reliance, ONGC, OIL, Jindal, MI Swaco,Essar oil,  GSPC,Tata Petrodyne etc for downstream it was aroung 60-70 out of 104 and the Participating companies were Reliance, Essar, GSFC, GNFC, Cairn, GSPC Gas etc.

PDPU B.Tech Admission currently offers 273 All India seats to eligible candidates, GUJCET - 390 seats, NRI/NRI Sponsored - 117 seats and a total of 780 seats.  50% of the seats will be available for admission through GUJCET, 35% of the seats will be open for JEE Main 2018 qualified
