Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally.

Hey Jangbahadur.
There are a total of 360 seats along all 3 campuses that PU offers admission in the course of BA/BCOM LLB.
The rank that you have got yesterday is only the rank in the entrance test.
As you know, there is 50% weightage given to each 12th boards
