The minimum qualifying marks this year for an ST candidate is around 15% in the qualifying examination and at least 11.25 marks to be shortlisted in the merit list.
Since you qualify for inclusion in the merit list, you have slight chances, because as per the previous year

Getting in the college you want is very difficult for you since the cut-off rank for this college is high.
This year's cut-offs have not been released yet but you can always predict whether you'll get in or not by checking out the previous years cutoff trends.
