SSCBS is a college affliated to Delhi University, Delhi. Admission for any of the courses in Du is on the basis of merit, and for programmes like BMS, BBA etc, it is through an entrance exam called DU JAT which is conducted by DU as well. DU JAT

The admissions for M.Sc courses 2019-20 are yet to be announced by the Panjab University.

NO ,its not mandatory that if you want to take admission in pan jab university then you have to clear CLAT as for the admission in PU then  you just have to give the entrance exam of this particular university.
