There is no B.A. Hons course in history in Punjab University. Punjab University offers only a minimum numbers of courses. You should check that.
However there are many other colleges in Punjab that offer this course.

Hello. Panjab University will release the PUCET (PG) 2019 form for all fields by the second week of April 2019. The last date of submission will be by the second week of May 2019 tentatively. The exam for all PG courses will be by the 1st week of June 2019.
