If 601 is your rank in the merit rist released by PU after combining your entrance rank and 12th marks, then you do not seem to have any chance for admission in PU, Chandigarh campus for BA/B.com LLb as the cut off for each course is around 180-190 rank.

AFMC seat allotment is finished for 2018. For 2019, you only have to register for and take the NEET exam. There is no other entrance exam for AFMC.
