The marks you scored in PU have no links for admission into any NITs. To get admission into NIT the candidate must give a national level entrance examination which is JEE mains and must score atleast 75% in class 12th. Only if your score is more than desired

You will have to register yourself on their site and then fill the form for your PG course

As per the official, The candidates who have passed 10+2 exam or obtained Graduation/Post-graduation from Open University system directly without any basic qualification, Only that candidates will not be eligible to apply for BHU LLB programme.

You will just need to qualify the jee mains examination for the sc category it is about 54.01 as the expected cutoff. you will need a percentile of 74 above for the admission for the chemical engineering course in punjab university , chandigarh.

In order to apply for NITs, IIITs & GFTIs you should have minimum 75% in class 12th as General category & 65% as a reserved category or you should be in top 20 percentile in your board.
