But considering previous year cutoffs   , with your category rank you have no chances for IITs and top NITs but you still have chances for NITs like VNIT , nagpur. See at Present it is very difficult to say whether you may get NIT TRICHY with your rank, since the cutoffs changes/varies in every year and depend on various other factors.

However, as per previous years trends the cutoff if NIT Trichy for B.Arch course (ST Category list)

seeing this Previous years trends, it seems very diffcult fir you to get NIT Trichy with this rank.
