Dear applicant your chances of getting Fellowship depends on the further Programme that you carry on in your future. When it comes to Government Jobs after completion of CPS in Pediatrics you can get jobs as Nutritional Officer ( in government health sector), Junior Pediatrician and into private sector you can also work as a Medical Content Editor if you want to,
