Good Luck!!
Considering that you have mentioned your OBC rank because OBC rank is to be considered for allotment, if it is CRL rank then kindly correct me in the comment section below.
On such OBC rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs as the OBC rank closes around 20-25k for such colleges. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-
https://josaa.admissions.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
But you can go for some other colleges that are discussed below.
If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges :-
Shri Ram College of Information Technology, Morena
Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (RKGIT), Ghaziabad
Kashi Institute of Technology, Varanasi
N. B. Navale Sinhgad College of Engineering, Solapur
And some more.......
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India on the basis of your JEE-Main 2022 result :-
Note that the above list is merely a prediction which has been made on the basis of latest cut-offs available and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
Good Luck for your future!!
See it is quite difficult to tell you an exact figure of your rank because it keeps on changing every year depending on various factors but yes we can help you with approximate figures on the basis of an analysis of the previous year's data.
So if we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL and OBC ranks are expected to be in the range of 26598 - 29900 and 5000-7000 respectively .
Note that the rank which is predicted is only the expected rank on the basis of the previous year's data so your actual rank might vary depending upon current factors.

Hey aspirant
Predicting percentile and rank according to mark is difficult as cut off varies year by year depending on level of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats available etc. Now coming to your mark, your shift and paper is more important to determine rank and percentile you scored. Now for the above mark you have a percentile within 95-97 . For knowing the college prediction on above rank refer below link. https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=jee_cp
Dear aspirant!
Hope you are doing well ! In the June attempt of jee mains 2022 , nta announced that there were 7L29K students appeared ,and in the second attempt approx there were 6 lakh ( yet to be released) so we can take 8 lakh unique candidate . So at 60 percentile your expected rank will be around 3 lakh 20 to 40 thousand . This number can vary depend on total number of unique candidate . But it is confirmed that you will get 3 lakh + rank . Good luck .
Hope it helps you!
Thanks
