Percentile score
Dear aspirant,
I would like to request you that kindly provide the name of the entrance examination which you have given so that i could be able to guide you well in this matter.
But without the basic details i won't be able to guide you in a descriptive manner. However 79 percentile is a good score as per your category is concerned .
Regarding the cut offs there are various factors that decides cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello aspirant,
You have difficult chances to get Good MCA Colleges under this percentile score and TANCENT MArks. For candidates from backward classes (BC), a score of 45 to 50 will land them in good colleges while SC/ST students are required to get between 40 to 45 for getting a good college.
further, please note that these prediction is totally based on the previous year TANCENT Cutoff marks which may vary every year.
further, to know more about the TANCENT Cutoff for good Colleges for MCA you can follow the below mentioned link to know more : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/tancet-cutoff
I hope that this will help.

The CMAT 2022 percentile score denotes the percentage of candidates that have scored equal to or below that particular percentile in the examination. Therefore the highest score taker of each session will get the same percentile in CMAT. The marks obtained in between the lowest and highest scores are also converted to appropriate CMAT percentiles.
Percentile scores are calculated up to 7 decimal places to avoid the bunching effect and reduce ties. The CMAT percentile score of a candidate is calculated as follows:
Total Percentile (TP1) = 100 x (No. of candidates who appeared from the session with raw score EQUAL TO or LESS than T1 score/ Total No. of candidates who appeared in the session)
Thus it depends on the number of students who sat for the exam.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates should have scored 40% of passing marks in Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
To qualify NEET, for the OBC category, you must score at least 40% in NEET. You can also refer to other details with the help of the link mentioned below-

However, some countries and specific universities also have their separate examinations (even if you have qualified NEET) to take admission to a medical university.
Hope it helps!
