Like ok this basically does not effect in your personality but if you are completing your graduation from your college which is in your locality maybe there you cannot get that much diversity of students like colleges in cities and obviously the collages which have a name itself. If you go to the corporate sector there may can be a preference of your college. But if your overall performance is good and also have the skills what they want in that case your college background does not matter. Any candidate from local colleges also can gain corporate skills also can have a good ascent and also can showcase their talents just like other colleges which are popular.
