I would suggest better not to participate in the counselling rank with the mentioned rank. As per the past trends, under general merit quota you have descent chances only for Civil engineering. There is also some probability for mechanical engineering but too slim.

See if you have interest in civil engineering, you can go through but if there are plans to participate in hope of any vacant seats or chances in core branches then most probably you will be disappointed. It is not possible to directly participate in round 2 of PES SAT counselling without appearing in round 1. If you are not alloted any seat in first round or desire an upgrade, you will be allowed to participate in second round.

Moreover the amount of rupees 3.4lacs is to be paid only when you accept your offer letter and confirm it. But the counseling fee of 10000 needs to be paid in advanced and is not refundable if a seat is allocated to based upon your preferences no matter you accept it or not.

Yes. Through PESSAT 2021, you have a strong possibility of getting Computer Science Engineering on the Ring Road campus. PESSAT has reserved around 252 seats for CSE branch in Ring Road campus.

The average CSE closing rank is roughly 900. Because you have a rank of 467, you have a strong probability of getting CSE at the Ring Road campus. You will not be able to get a seat in the first round of councelling, but you can attempt again until the final round of councelling for the PESSAT.

As you have mentioned that you have got 1930 rank in pessat and you are wanting to take cse in pes Hosur campus so let me tell you that the cut off usually stays below or upto 1k rank as per previous year trends.

But you stand fair chances of getting ece in this college. But let me tell you these things depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs, difficulty level of the paper.
