Since petroleum branch is not available in any NITs.

The future aspects are not bad for Petroleum Engineering. But getting the degree from Dibrugarh University is not much helpful. You have to appear in entrance exam and recruitment processes for a job. No better company will come to your college. But it is still not bad option
