Hello dear!
Since you have secured 87 percentile in Jee main 2019 . If you are lying under general category then you are not qualified because qualification cutoff for general category is 89.75 percentile.
Since petroleum branch is not available in any NITs.
If available you will not get any branch in your desired NITs.
