Is it better to take admission in Dibragarh University petroleum department for b tech? If ys, cn I get admision through my cee rank 655?

The future aspects are not bad for Petroleum Engineering. But getting the degree from Dibrugarh University is not much helpful. You have to appear in entrance exam and recruitment processes for a job. No better company will come to your college. But it is still not bad option as Competition is not tough as other branches. I'll suggest you to join it.
