see since you have already completed your m.sc you are eligible to appear in gate exam. gate score is considered for admission to masters, phd course in India or abroad. iits offers phd admission based on gate score.
you may apply for phd course related with relevant discipline as per your past course criteria. candidates are eligible to apply in gate exam irrespective of their bachelors or masters specialization course.
you may appear in gate from XL paper. chemistry is compulsory for all candidates, candidates have to select any two papers from botany, microbiology, zoology, food technology and bio chemistry.

MSc pharmaceutical chemistry degree holder can open a medical store as a chemist and go on with his business. But he is not eligible to get medical store licence as pharmacist.
To get the medical store licence candidate has to complete diploma in pharmacy& be a 12 science passed candidates..
MHA means Ministry of Home Affairs and MPH means Masters of Public Health.
So you are doing vocational degree in pharmaceutical chemistry. So you can do masters in pharmaceutical chemistry also. And after this you can do work in medicine industry. You also do in medicine company as IT department. Infact you can do work in hospital also. You can do hospital management also. MHA and MPH also good for masters. You can do it for work in health department.
