Generally, you cannot directly apply for an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree with only a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Here is the essential information regarding the LL.M. eligibility and your options:
The prerequisite for admission to any LL.M. program in India is successfully completing an undergraduate degree in Law, which must be either a 3-year LL.B. or a 5-year Integrated Law degree (like B.A. L.L.B.).
Since your B.Pharm degree is not a law degree, you do not meet the direct eligibility criteria for the LL.M. course.
If your goal is to practice or specialize in Pharmaceutical or Health Laws, you must first acquire a foundational law degree:
Pursue an LL.B. Degree: You would need to enroll in a 3-year LL.B. program (as you already hold a Bachelor's degree). Admission is typically via an entrance exam like MHCET Law (3-Year) or DU LLB.
Then, Apply for LL.M.: After completing your 3-year LL.B., you would then be eligible to apply for an LL.M., ideally one specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Medical Jurisprudence, or Patent Law—fields highly relevant to Pharmacy.
You can read more about the structure of the LL.M. course and its scope here: https://law.careers360.com/articles/llm-full-form
Hello
Government B.Pharmacy colleges in Jharkhand are very limited. The well-known Government Pharmacy Institute, Ranchi, mainly offers D.Pharm, not B.Pharm. For B.Pharm, Nilamber Pitamber University (Palamu) is considered one government options. Most other pharmacy colleges in Jharkhand are private. So if you are specifically searching for government B. Pharm, the choices are very few.

Hello Janga teja
If you have completed your diploma, then you are eligible for the EAMCET exam to get direct admission into the second year of a B Pharm degree. The eligibility for this exam is that you have scored a minimum of 50% marks in your diploma.
A diploma in pharmacy allows you to bypass the first year of the B Pharm course, and you directly enter the second year of B Pharm, and this process is called lateral entry.
I hope this information helps you.
Thank you.
To get admitted into a BPharma program, you must first meet the eligibility criteria, which generally requires a 10+2 with physics, chemistry, biology, or math and a minimum of 50% marks. After that, you can seek admission either through a merit-based selection or by appearing for a BPharma -specific entrance exam.
I hope it will clear your query!!
