You need to meet a few requirements such as

• Candidates with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferably in pharmaceuticals) are eligible to apply for the M.S. (Pharm.), M.Tech. (Pharm.) and MBA (Pharm.) programs.
• Candidates applying for PG programs should have passed the qualifying UG degree with a minimum of 60%

For UG courses you must be 10+2 passed with at least 50% (45% in case of Backward categories and Persons with Disability candidates of Maharashtra State only) marks from a recognized school with subjects English, Physics, Math, and Chemistry /Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.For PG  you Must pass B

You didn't mention any College name. There are different fees for different Colleges. The average D.Pharma. Fees charged for the course in India ranges between INR 10,000 to 1,00,000. The average fees doesn’t include extra charges like the cost of pharmacy books.
