The entire government fees is waived off for an eligible candidate and s/he only has to pay a token amount for other costs. Total available seats are 5% of total seats. You need to have a certificate from the tahsildar.

It's not mandatory that CET is required for pursuing  degree in pharmacy. As because; 

• Some of renowned institution of India take candidates through the merit based. They select candidates on the basis of marks obtained in 12th board. 
• Some institution take through NEET rank also.
