For getting admission in any college for M.Pharm you have to qualify Gpat then only you carry forward your pharmacy career.college wise cutoff is different for different subjects but you need to qualify Gpat for that.

IP University offers full-time B.Pharma course through JEE Main 2019 score. Minimum eligibility for the counselling process is 10+2 (PCB) with 50% marks in aggregate. If the option of B.Pharma is not there, keep checking the official site: http://www.ipu.ac.in/, it will be visible in a few days.
