Due to high competition in entrance exam it becomes difficult to do Biology and Mathematics both simultaneously and still score high enough marks to get admission in desired course. 

As you have mentioned that you want to do B. Pharmacy then I suggest you to focus only on Physics, Chemistry

YES, you can surely Repeat MHTCET Entrance exam for the year 2019.

But note that from this year, MHTCET will be completely online exam. Offline papers won't be conducted.
