The maximum age limit is 30 for the reserved category. So according to your date of birth you are gonna be on 28 years. Hence you are eligible for NEET, till you turn of 30 years.

GPAT cutoff is determined by a number of factors such as The number of candidates appearing in the entrance exam, Total available seats, Difficulty level of the exam etc.
As per 2018 cutoff, The minimum qualifying cutoff marks of GPAT for General/ OBC category was 137 marks out of 500.
Yes you are eligible to take admission in B.Pharma. IP University.There are a few things that need to have:-
1)You need to have good command over Biology.
2) You also need have knowledge in Chemistry.
