Yes you are eligible for pursuing pharmacy as you have gpt 66% in PCB and the minimum requirement for pharmacy is from 55% - 60%

You can apply for any college and can appear for the respective exams.

hostel is not made on the basis or religion basis , hostel are same for all but you can find any of teh pg for yourself personaly, but hostel is same for all. all the best have a great future ahead.
