You can get admission in b phara 1st year after completing d. Pharma. Students who pass the three year diploma in pharmacy are eligible for b pharma.

Please mention the college name or counselling for which you are talking about.
In many exams like WB JEE if you do counselling from JEE Mains not from actual state level exam then some colleges will not shown on the list like JU.
you can go to any private college and you can get your seat in pharmacy
Yes, if you didn't get any college in 3 Round then you can go for Mop-Round. If you can share the name of the counselling in which you have participated then I can provide you more accurately.

Don't lose hope, if you don't get a seat till now then wait for some rounds because of the vacant seats but you have another option, you opt private institutions for MBBS/BHMS or other courses because they provide better education and faculty.
