Eligibility for admission in D-Pharmacy is Passing 10+2 with minimum aggregate score of 50% and admission is based on the performance in entrance exams like GPAT, UPSEE, JEE Pharmacy, AU AIMEE, CPMT, PMET.
The process starts with online registration of application for admission, followed by document verification, uploading and confirmation
In order to take admission in J&K medical colleges you should have the domicile of the state. Other state students can not apply there.

Yes, you can give the exam provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria like age (you should be below 25 years) and if you had passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
The dates were to be announced after 8th June. And the counseling is in the last week of June.Do let me know further details to fetch you more information. This was EAMCET dates.
