National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) is an entrance exam for admission in medical fields like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc. It is not applicable for admission for Bpharm or in Biotechnology. For these courses, you have to give state CET or a particular institution's entrance exam for that course.
There is a pharmacy course added called the Pharm D which is a course of 6 years. This would be called the "Docatarate of Pharmacy program". They are much associated with the hospitals and clinics than the students who purse B. Pharmacy.
Chances of getting goverment college admission for pharma college are few. But again each and every year the scenario keeps changing so there might be any chances even however they are minimal.
