Here is the eligibility criteria for GPAT.
GPAT Aspirants must be citizens of India.
They must have Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2). This is for lateral entry candidates too. Candidates in final year of Bachelor’s of Pharmacy programme are also eligible to appear for GPAT 2018.

I can't a college or can tell you the exact college however I can just say that as per your scores your marks isn't that decent so you may not get a government college but you can try your luck in private colleges .
