if you check the past 2 years closing ranks of Jalpaiguri Pharmacy Institute,

in 2016 ,for SC category students it started from opening rank was 34890 to closing rank 10149

in 2017, it was opening rank was 4302 and closing was 12643

so there is increase in seats in 2018
