There is no common or national level entrance for B.Pharm and D Pharm but college & university level exams are there and all may be having their own syllabus or exam pattern for the entrance so please tell which one you are asking for.
Look actually thing is that for any course you have to clear all your subject and in this course thing is similar so you have to clear your all subject.

sorry for your disappointment but the scorecard for the GPAT(Graduate pharmacy aptitude test) is valid ONLY FOR ONE YEAR and that you can only apply for the same academic year.
