 since the college has not uploaded the cut off details officially, you may either have to confirm it directly from the college or maybe they have their own entrance exams.

After getting a qualified rank in Gpat further you can go for NIPER exam.so that you get better institution. Otherwise Gpat qualification is only required for studying M.Pharm.

There is no criteria to get admission to pharmacy program. At least 50% marks in the +2 board exam will a bare minimum score of NEET exam is enough for getting an admission to the Pharmacy program.
