kindly look into the official site of the college as its no where mentioend that outsiders cannot apply for it.

Hi, to get admission in BHU in B.pharma, students need to qualify JEE Mains entrance test. Also, admission is through counselling based on the rank in JEE Mains. Candidate must have passed 12th with at least 75% and Physics, Chemistry as mandatory subject.
