The admission will be done on the basis of 12th merit. Also, the registration will be starting in the month of June most probably in second week so you can apply that time only.

The candidates should have Bachelors degree under 10+2+3/4/5, pattern of education in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Bio-technology, Agricultural, Veterinary, Fishery & Dairy Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine (MBBS), BDS, Bioinformatics, Genetics, Medical Laboratory Technology, BHMS, BAMS, B. Tech./B.E., Biotechnology, Physiotherapy
Assuming you are asking for GPAT (please correct me if I am wrong) as this is the common entrance for M.Pharm and its registration starts in the month of October and exam will be held in the month of January.

In case you want to go for GPAT, then the eligibility is given below -
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2). This is for lateral entry candidates too. Also, Candidates in final year of Bachelor’s of Pharmacy programme are also eligible to appear for GPAT 2018.
