see wbjee score is valid for the current years only, for example if you have given wbjee exam on 2021, then you have to take admission in any of the colleges which accept wbjee score in engineering / pharmacy in that year only. next year again for new admission,
Zee educational foundation institute of pharmacy is a newly established college. It was established 2018. It's a private pharmacy college. Here Bpharm and Dpharm two courses are offered. Bpharm 4 years graduation course and Dpharm is 2 years diploma course. Till now 1st batch of Bpharm is not passing
Depending on the vacancies and requirements the officers are allotted their postings. If you ask in general the probability for urban area is usually greater than that of rural area(if not border based). These are kind of unpredictable so you have to rely on the probabilities.

First off all congrats for setting up a goal. This is very right time to build up foundation for Upsc.
Being a bpharmacy student and upsc aspirant I would say spending 4-5 hrs for upsc along with bpharmacy is very hard as bpharmacy course is not that easy.
