Yes, you can pursue D. Pharma after B. Pharma. You can pursue D. Pharma if you have completed with a good percentile by taking admissions through lateral entry program. Duration of the course will be of three years, i.e. 2 years of course learning and 1 year of internship which will be of full time only. You can get to learn and know many things if pursue the course and that will help to give a mileage to your career.

I will suggest you to go for B Pharma as this course is of 4 years there are n number if opportunities outside. From working in MNCs to working in a retail store. You also get enough confidence of starting up your own pharma company on your B pharm degree.
Further D pharm(2 years), the maximum you can do is run your own Retail Pharmacy or minimum work somewhere at a retail pharmacy counter. If your financial condition is not good enough then you can complete D pharm in 2 years .

Karavali colleg is located at mangalore.It is affiliated to rajiv gandhi university of health sciences (RGUHS).The duration of pharm d is 6 years.It was established in 2005.Im giving this information based on reviews of this college.The placement structure of this college is average.Hostel facilities also there. There is no maximum age limit for D.Pharma course. The minimum age limit is 17 years and The eligibility criteria of D Pharma course is 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology from a recognized board in India. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from any recognized board of education.
If you do attend the second round of counselling (or any subsequent rounds), provided you have attended all the previous rounds, then yes, if you get selected in another college by up gradation or according to your choice, your fees is adjusted and your documents are also transferred thereafter.

If you are able to score under 10k in TS EAMCT then you may surely get seat in PharmaD.Genrally the cutoff for the category mentioned by you is about 84k in TS EAMCT in 2019.The cutoff for general was 94351 in 2019 in general category.So if you get a rank under 10k you may get into some good colleges for sure!!
