The last year cut offs for some of good colleges in pharm d are

The above cut offs are of last year and are subject to change depending on difficulty of paper and number of students who opted the respective college.

Your performance in TS EAMCET is extremely poor. At such a high rank of 32000, there is no way that you can get admission in any of the good Institutes of the state for studying medicine including all the government institutes. As far as B pharma or pharma d is concerned, the number of seats available for these courses in the state of Telangana is extremely limited. The number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. The number of government seats available for B phramacy in the entire state of Telangana is only 3000 including all the 14 government pharmacy colleges. Based on the information you have given the rank will be around 25000 to 30000 with this rank you can get into the top colleges but you can get local college admission for  B pharmacy in your hometown easily and the reimbursement will be according to your rank you have got will be credited by the government.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) is a two-year full-time diploma course offered by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, Kolkata and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Eligibility criteria - A candidate seeking admission in Diploma in Engineering should have passed 10th or High School Examination or it is equivalent of an approved Board. Students of HS (VOC) and ITI are admitted directly in the Second Year.

See New Education Policy has not made any change in duration of the D.Pharmacy or D.Pharma course.It is a 2-year full-time diploma course designed to produce candidates to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist in hospitals, community pharmacies, and other pharmaceutical-related fields.

One can enroll in this course after completing his/her higher secondary education in science stream with physics, chemistry and either biology or maths as subjects.
