Admission to D Pharmacy is done on the basis of entrance exams conducted by different Universities. There are also various State Level Exams for the admission in D.Pharma
Candidates must have passed class 12 exams with science in order to take admission in this programme.
Some institutes also offer direct admissions to these courses just on the basis of your 12th Result.

The Pharm. D course is offered as a 6- year degree inclusive of five years of education and one year internship and, as a Post Baccalaureate course of three years duration. To pursue either of the courses, you should fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned below –
For 6 year Pharm. D course –You must have completed 10+2 level of education from any state/national education board. They must have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with Mathematics or Biology as additional subjects. They must have completed 17 years of age in the year of admission. Or Candidates holding a diploma in pharmacy are also eligible for Pharm. D course provided they fulfill all other conditions as well.
For 3-year Pharm. D course (Post Baccalaureate) –Candidates passed in Bachelor of Pharmacy course from an institute recognized under Pharmacy Council of India are eligible for Pharm. D course.You must have completed higher secondary education i.e. 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology subjects.

Many institutes provide admission to Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma.) course on the basis of your Class XII aggregate percentage. Entrance exam is not compulsory for them. Some of such institutes are :-

Pharma D is a pre-Phd post graduation professional doctor course duration of 6 years.As per your query it is more fees because it is 6 years post graduation course and not every college offering this course ,but if you wants to take admission in low fees college then go through government college where fees is low as per private college and various of scheme are also available like TFW,Scholarship and much more .But you must maintain some of criteria .

D.Pharma or Doctor of Pharmacy is a full time 6 years course in Oxbridge College of Pharmacy. The fees per year is Rs 1 lac. So the total fees of 6 years is Rs 6 lacs.
The eligibility criteria is that the student should have passed in 10+2 examination in Science stream or possess an equivalent qualification from recognized board.
