Yes,there is a course named D.pharma.
It is the short form for Diploma in Pharmacy .The course is of Two years.
A diploma holder candidate can be employed as a registered pharmacist in a hospital or pharmacy dispensing drugs,medicines and pharmaceuticals.
The often opted option after D. Pharma is that the candidates also pursue MBA Pharmaceutical Management after this course, but before that they would need to complete their bachelors first.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to apply to this course, students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.
Exams :
Although admission to D Pharma courses is merit-based,but along with that entrance exams are also considered such as GPAT, JEE Pharmacy etc.

Master of Science in Pharmacology is a 2-year post graduate course program in Pharmacology, the minimum eligibility for this course is an M.B.B.S or BDS. Aspirants should have an overall of 55% or equivalent CGPA (50% for SC/ST candidates) or B.V.Sc or B.Pharm or B.Sc. degree course (3 years) or Bachelor of Physiotherapy with a minimum 60% overall (55% for SC / ST). The course is done in four semesters of six months each.
Master of Public Health is a 2-year, full-time program in the field of healthcare. The program is conveyed by various methods of teaching or learning techniques. The minimum eligibility criteria for studying this course is that the aspirants must have passed a bachelor degree program in health science or relevant field from a recognized university. The minimum marks needed for this course is 60%.
Hence Pharm D graduated students are eligible for Master in Public Health course but not in MSc Pharmacology.

Well since the admission is based on interview and class 12th results, the difficulty will depend totally on how well you perform in interview. 12th results will be a constant component cause that's already decided and then the interview will play the most important role where your performance will decide how well chances you have to get admission in the course.

As you have mentioned that you have got 105 /240 in met 2021 and you want to opt for pharmd. So let me tell you that these ranks depends upon certain factors like number of candidates appearing in that examination, number of vacant seats in the college, previous years cut off, difficulty level of the paper.
So, on a general basis as per my knowledge you should be able to get your stream in these marks but your rank would vary according to above mentioned factors.
