You can go into M.Sc, of any other Post Graduate course as per your interests.

yes you can do M.A psychology after completing your B.A philosophy as the eligibility criteria says candidate must hold a bachelors degree from a recognized university and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks at their graduation level , kindly note some colleges prefer students to have a psychology degree

Most of the institute allows graduates of any stream to pursue this course, even engineering, and management. But there are some colleges which permits the students only if they have graduation in philosophy.
