i am a travel photographer .should i go for photojournalism or cinematography?.which is secure as per my skills?.

Urvashi Dalal 12th Sep, 2017
considering your profession, you must go for photojournalism. See, Cinematography is more of direction, dealing with scenes, frames, sets and movements, while photography is still. So going by your experience, go for photojournalism.

I am studying bsc math from allahabad university(1st year) how make career in photography

Anonymous 9th Aug, 2017
Photography is a non formal professional study course under fine arts.
Photography as such does not need any mandate qualification.
So after your graduation or with graduation you can do certification courses like in 6 months or so.

Like in wedding photography or general.

If interested in a proper degree course or a diploma course in Photography. Go ahead.

The job profiles of this field are:

Photo Journalists
Portrait Photographers
Wildlife Photographers
Feature Photographers
Forensic Photographers
Fine Art Photographers
Freelancing
Scientific Photographers
Fashion & Advertising Photographers
Event Photographer and many more.

There is no fixed salary and so you can earn hourly as well depending upon the projects you get.

Good luck!

What will I do for make career in photography

Anonymous 17th Jul, 2017
There is no specific graduation required but get your basic qualification done.
To start getting jobs as a photographer, you need a portfolio. A portfolio will show samples of your work. Even if you have never had photographs published or publicly displayed, you can start a portfolio of your best work and then add onto it if you win photography contests or start receiving paid work.

You can do a professional/certification in photography to get an advanced level of knowledge in it.
Hope this helps.
